Excuse me that the Moddb's Survivor of Disaster project page has been not updated already cca. 1 year ago. I've lost my Moddb pass, and my old mail adress felt dead yet 6 months ago, so I couldn't restore my account. Now I had to register a new profile and SOD mod page.
Currently we are working on the brand new Radioactive Games website, which will be available in English, too. In addition, the Official SOD website will arrive soon.
On the last 8 monts we have worked on the Quake engine-features. We can now use bump mapping, detail textures, particle effects and dinamic lights on levels. We increased the 256x256 texture-sizes to 1024x1024. The weapon models and items are still under construction, so the current mapshots use some more the standard Q3 items and weapons.
We are planning to release the official Survivor of disaster demo on 1st June, but this date is depending on lot of things. The demo will contain 5 levels (3 single player and 2 multiplayer maps) and its size will be between 300 and 400 megs.
Check out the Survivor of disaster profile page on Moddb to acces to the newest concept arts and screenshots!
