Alpha Phase and Trailer Release
It has been a long and exciting journey from the birth of Nocturnal Hunt to the point of the first alpha.
It all started with ten great people who spend a week game jamming to decide what kind of game to make in October 2015. After a few days we had ten very different prototypes made with Unreal - and all were playable and most of them were fun. Nevertheless it wasn't hard for us to decide what prototype we liked most. We called the project Hunt from the first day on.
For the last four month we were working hard and passionate to make Nocturnal Hunt beautiful and more fun. One thing we knew from the beginning: the player should be hunter and prey - and feel like a wolf.
Hunt and be hunted - was the key vision.
We learned a lot about Unreal, level design, wolves and ourselves. Now after we presented the alpha version - we have green light to continue the project for another six month.
