Recruits Alpha v0.033 is ready to download and play now!
We have not tested on many laptops, so we recommend using a Decent to High end PC or a High end Laptop for best performance
In this update we have given Recruits a bit of a face lift. New 3D Background menus along with a number of options for video and audio settings. This will hopefully help with some performance slow downs on some laptops and PCs. These options will be updated and optimized over time, so if you are still having troubles let us know in our forums and we can take a look for you on a case by case basis.
You might also notice there is a Cash count on the menu. This is set up for our 'Armory' screen where the Commander (you) can buy upgrades for your Recruits, or buy more Recruits if you have run out. But don't worry its all mostly government funded money :)
Below is one of the new tracks we have in this update, made by Tom Stoffel! It is for our menu and give the perfect feel for the game so far.

The Menu looks great! No cluttering, no real distractions, a distinctive layout with all necessary information in a reasonable place.
Everything else as well, of course. Well crafted, along with the soundtrack. Well, in short: Terrific Work so far.
