It is unfortunate to say but I have to cease development of this mod. Some voice actors lost interest, as I did as well. While my personal life is getting better, I eventually lost all interest in this mod.
And well... 5+ years is too long and I was always picky about stuff, and wanted to do better than before, which resulted in an endless loop.
But I would like to thank the people that did take interest in this project, I would like to thank my friends and voice actors that supported me though this development.
Other major interests have flooded my life, and well life goes on.
Release it as it is then? Don't let it be a waste.
Maybe hand over the maps to someone else who is willing to make something of them, so they don't go to waste.
That's really too bad. Have been following this mod for a long time now and I was really hyped about it. But I understand, these things happen from time to time.
i really do hope you will not just throw out all that great progress you've made. amnesia players might be fewer but there are still a few of us out here who would finish the work or at least see what's already there as it is, even if it's unfinished :)
Yeah that would be a good idea to give the project over to someone else. Far better to just see what the community can come up with rather than just deciding to axe it. Alot of people here have invested time into this & it can be turned into something great!
It's alright. I understand, and respect it. It'd be a great mod, though.
It could be awesome if you could spare the maps and files for us to continue the mod from where you left.
