I am making it quick: Pokémon3D got featured on Kotaku, a gaming related website that is very popular. So the download numbers are increasing like hell and because I used Dropbox as filehoster...let's say I overused the bandwidth.
That's why the launcher and all other pages/downloads are not working now and I am awake for like 24 hours now to inform everyone and fix that.
So here's how to fix:
- Wait until tomorrow because the bandwidth will be reset then
- or: visit Nilllzz.tumblr.com and read through the first few posts I made. The current game files and the launcher are linked there ready to download.
Whatever you do, I hope that the status will normalize tomorrow again so that I can throw out the new update 0.16 also.Thanks everyone for helping me making my game popular or even playing it.- nilllzz
It is pokemon. And it is in 3D... well, 2.5D but you know what I mean. Why wouldn't it be popular. Pokemon sparks nostalgia in some people so a new game like this is great :3
No, this is legitimately 3d. 2.5d is where it looks 3d but plays 2d. This is full 3d environment, but using 2d sprites, so its almost like walking around with a bunch of cardboard cutouts. Still a 3d game though.

Are there forums for this or, are you not at that point yet. I would like to ask about the map making for this, the thing that came into my mind was different elevation when walking around on the routes and encountering ledges, because that's what they are.

I do agree with the Mediafire suggestion. I get stuff from there all the time and it works well. You could just zip everything together and boom.
I have 2 google docs accounts, and a media fire acount, none of which have copy righted content in them, so you wouldn't have to worry about them being taken down. If you want, you can email me the files, and I can have them uploaded in a .zip within 5 minutes, and ready for download.
Well, now I have the launcher but can't seem to get anything to work. I DL'd the files through the launcher, but now it won't run.

This is probably the best thing to ever be created for those who like pokemon. Like me. I am so excited to play it!!! When it's done you should greenlight it on steam.
But its merely Pokemon remade to "3D", wouldn't that create a copyright infringement?

The second link is a program that I got and use that I know is virus free.(can't post links because I am under 7 days so just delete the spaces and you're good to go.) I put the XNA/NET in there too so you don't need to download that.
