Hallo everybody and sorry for long absence.
Playable new v.1.0 will be done within next month.
It was really a killing job but many of you supported and motivated me a lot lately and it is a pleasure to see that still so many players and friends are close to me and encourage my work.
I don t want to always sound sad and tired, but my life changed completely on a personal side and modding did not have the old appeal and free time is smaller and smaller.
But what the heck: GAB NEVER DIED and is still alive and modding!!!
Thx to all those that wrote nice words and gave positive REVIEWS.

PS: write suggestions and ask for changes in the mod quickly...one more month and all those that showed interest and apreciation will be able to play the new version, soon!

owww^^Soooo Nice,man~ Will there be some items from North and South Mod and L'aigle's hat and old musket? I thought if you can add those uniforms and guns from North and South you will be the best Civil War Mod Ever!!!
Maybe he can get the old items of North and South that are pretty good too. And probably better than most of the mod.
yeah~ I think it is time to add clothing and arms in a new style of graphic since L'agile,I think North and South is also learning from that
I thought North & South: First Manassas Mod changed their style of items,uniforms and arms also recently like since this year, I hope your excellent singleplayer mod can update that too^^ God~ when I see your mod is updating I was surprisingly delighted><
Happy that mod and Gabrilduro still alive ! The time period and place of this mod is one of the coolest ever. What simple thing i would ask is better balance of items and stats of uniforms whom are pretty weird. One nice thing could be that officer uniform give charisma bonus :-)
First of all i would like to thank you for this game. I can finaly kill some yankes and win as confederacy.
I believe it would be better if it was possible to have Pirates on the sea and some what bigger amount of ships as total at the sea. Also it would be beter if the map would not be upside down from the start, i know i can change it but then if you are playing at big zoom you can not move left to several cities. And last but not least. Could you put some more girls in the gameplay. There is currently ony 1 as a hero. Have some as a native america, mexican, one from South and one from Yankee land. something like that.

Did you happen to raise the time limit for quests like delivering letters? It's hard delivering a letter to a general halfway across the country only to find they've already moved elsewhere within 3 days and the reward definitely ain't worth the trouble.

Well, the mod itself is brillant and... huge. The map is really nice, but the bullet drop is terrible. Its like shooting bows with... more arrows in hand. the bullets shouldn't have so much drop that after 30 yards away you couldn't hit target aiming right at is.
All that is much changed since months ago but only very few and very special friends got a very early version 1.0 to test it seriously.
Anyway all those that apreciated my work so far, pls at least REGISTER at moddb before posting comments and once again I invite all those that still didn t, to download and play latest 0.99z v. Go then on REVIEw section and HONESTLY RATE it. All those that went through these steps and showed real interest in 1860s will get the new 1.0 Alpha version. within the end of the month

PS Hah, sorry for underscoring all over but it has being months of work on 1860s texts, so....
I went over the Whole Mod and changed Scenes, Models, Scripts, Sounds, Music, Text ....aaand Weapons !
Big surprise on hand guns folks....no more cheats and Gabrilduro s gifts (ok, may be in a secret chest...) but now ALL guns will be exactly how they would feel in Old Wild West.
I Always tried to accomplish both historical accuracy and fun gameplay, but this last time history will prevale!
For most of you things like this could be a surprise (I was myself as well) but that is the real Old West:

Gab, I just wrote you yesterday, I registered now.
I just wanted to say thanks for this masterpiece, which is very close to the champ level!
This is a very lovely and motivated mod, and I love the feeling when just playing with my character in the wild west.
However this 1.0v keeps crashing when my army confronted some bandits or I just fast travel in a city, to the tavern or shop etc.
There is a kind of problem, because its crashes to the desktop and just give me headache.
I want to say many thanks for you for this work, and just want wish you a bright and sucsessful campagin. :)
Just a bit more, and it will be BADASS-COOL! :D

It is official:
I AM ALMOST READY WITH 1.1 PATCH.
It will fix all the annoying problems that were in 1.0 and will add a lot of new issues.
