Post newsReportRSSMy solo developed game "A.R.M" finally has playable Demo!
A.R.M - Absolutely Reliable Machine - is a simple action game about taking the fatal fight against terrifying monsters that want to destroy our world!
Arm up with A.R.M and save the world!
Dude... A.R.M. kicks so much ***! Really baffling work besides some minor hiccups! If you allow me to give my humble opinion, I'd just like to point out some minor nitpicks like the lack of visual and audio feedback while navigating through the menus. Also the controls don't always feel responsive and the game "froze" on me two times in combat, not allowing for any kind of movement, but also cancelling damage done by the enemy...
That aside, brilliant stuff! Animation and art are all top notch, and the music slaps as all hell! Good luck, and I cant't wait to hear about further development :D
Thank you for the great review! and bug report! haha
It seems like I need to change the basic logic of the game to catch the bug.
And I think now is good time to change. XD
I love the art style and your detailed pixel art and animations. I love the general atmosphere and screen transitions and stuff. You really nailed those man, great job! Music really fits the game as well.
My only gripe is that the mouse swipe control is kind of uncomfortable. Swipe is fine on mobile, but with mouse it's kind of rough. I'd really prefer an alternative like double click instead, maybe as an option. Even better would be using keyboard controls and gamepad.

Glad to hear it! I wouldnt call it a bug report since I can't replicate it, but still, if you find it useful I'm more than happy to help :D
Also, sorry for only focusing on the "negative" aspects, you've truly done a great job here!

Great Idea! maybe I need to add keyboard and gamepad input.
there is no reason to insist on mouse-only control. XD
