Mind the gap is a flow game much like Mirror's Edge.
Use wall running to cross gaps and build up speed.
With a minimalist art style and fast pace You'll be soaring over huge gaps.

The playtest Playground is what i'm using to test out my features and mechanics but i need your help to see if, well they're fun enough!

Head over to my downloads page to get the latest version of the playtest area!

Hi!
First of all, I really like this game. I'll probably be watching its new releases.
I have some issues/suggestions after my first play:
1. Increase the fov. These sorts of games usually have high fov values, usually above one hundred. It would help a lot when turning. (Example: Quake)
2. Looking around feels smooth, but when you move, things move sort of laggily. I don't know what's causing this, but it feels weird.
3. Make it so that when you release a movement button, movement stops almost instantly. Right now, you sort of "slide" a bit when you stop, which doesn't (in my opinion) belong in a movement-based game.
4. Add some texture to the walls. The solid white feels weird when moving along walls, because you can't see if you're actually moving or staying in one place.
5. I don't know how much work it is, but can you include an auto-updater? With a game that will be updated very frequently, downloading so many versions would probably be tedious.

Thank you in advance if you implement any of these, and once again, the game feels awesome! :D

Great advice! I'll see if it's even possible for me to do an auto updater currently.

the slide before stopping thing is going to be fixed in the next update.

I'm going to try and keep updates to include major changes only from here on out so they're going to be less frequent.

Textures will be added as time goes on but at the moment mechanics are my base concern. I'll increase the FOV however and we'll see how that goes over
