Making of main character for cinematic of our game

When the concept design is already done and we make things hum, it is good time to do something interesting.

At this moment we are working on cinematic, it is an enthralling and really interesting process. To narrate and show the story in a short time, say, in 50-70 seconds, is a good opportunity and a challenge at the same time.
So, we've started from the CG characters. They should look perfect, even from the close shot, with HD resolution. High quality textures, cloth simulation, complex rigging, CG face expressions, lighting, which is one of the most important aspects, as well as FX allow to achieve cinematic result. The final step should be compositing, basically it's polishing.
