With the latest Development update to Lords of Delusia, Full Gamepad support has been added with the ability to rebind keys on the mouse and keyboard control.
Depending on the control layout, the menus and gameplay will work accordingly. If a gamepad is detected the controls will change. The video below demonstrates gameplay with a gamepad:

This week also saw updates to visual effects to give more visual feedback to the player. Including a shakescreen effect and explosion rings:
Finally, more weapons have been added with updates to their bullet effects:
