We have decided to make a vertical slice! What's that you say? Well Wikipedia tells me ... "A vertical slice, sometimes abbreviated to VS, is a type of milestone, benchmark, or deadline, with emphasis on demonstrating progress across all components of a project". This will essentially be a complete mini dungeon! It will include puzzles, platforming, and most importantly, combat! We aren't quite sure what we will do with it yet, but the most important thing is still to secure funding!
Thanks to the new teams other half being a senior game developer (the new programmer Javier!), I have been able to focus on art and design! It has also freed me to look for what we need most, funding! I have began looking for capital investors but could use any help I can get finding someone who would be interest. If you can help in any way, don't hesitate to send me an email at anarcheril@gmail.com. If all else fails, I will have to get a business loan from the bank. One way or another, this game is getting made! :)
