It's A Wipe! The game of fantasy guild management is now available on Desura!
Ok, technically it has been for a couple of days now, though a few early hiccups with the version delayed this announcement by a couple of days. With any luck by the time you are reading this, It's A Wipe! version 1.01 will be available for purchase (only $5!) and the free demo version 1.62 will be available for download.
Primarily put together by a two person team over a period of almost two years, with a little help from a bunch of friends, It's A Wipe! is a very indie title The product of many sleepless nights and years spent raiding in various MMO's (even leading a guild in a few of them).
While anyone following the game is probably already aware of this, for anyone just catching this news update is probably curious about the game itself. In It's A Wipe! you assume the role of a guild leader within a fantasy game world. You must recruit other players, lead them to victory against increasingly difficult odds, and make sure that your group remains happy enough to stick with you!
The game is a mix of strategy and humor, done in a style reminiscent of old school role playing games. We hope that you will check it out and enjoy!
