With the fifth dev vlog several updates were made to the game, including the inventory system (with a few items as well) and as promised some traps.

So let's start with a list about the new features:

  • Inventory & shop system
  • Mad goblins now have the ability to light up tiles
  • Zombie goblins can spread disease
  • 3 new items: Short Sword, Lightning Rod, Wooden Shield
  • Trees at right end of the screen are replaced by treasure chests
  • Score & damage balancing
  • Two new traps: Caltrop & Cross
  • Two new skills: Bless & Heal
