Do you take some criticism here? i like how Fallout-inspired the camera is, however it is AWFUL to see stuff that there is a wall covering. Cant you do like with X-com to have an option to only se stuff in your own floor, or to see only borders of the walls of your level (sims style) so that you can properly see stuff around you? Otherwise when you have to sneak around you dont know where you are looking at outside the X-ray circle.

When you're inside a building, nothing above the level you're on will be shown of that building, if that's what you mean? You can also rotate the camera to see behind obscuring walls. Beyond that, the levels are pretty much designed with this in mind, so you won't have a guard initially hidden behind an obscuring wall, for example.

Was there any moment or instance in particular where this proved a considerable issue for you?

Sorry for the super late response, moddb never tells me i get replies. My issue, at least, used to be an issue, was with visibility with walls and the cubicles around. It was very hard to pick the grid to move with the cubicle walls and objects blocking the view.
