I am super excited to announce that Griefhelm's publishing
is going to be handled by the great people at Thorrnet!
They have shown true passion for the game and share the same vision
which can only make this collaboration great!
The Main Menu was the most barebones part of the game's "visual" experience and it had to be improved, so I focused on redesigning all of the game's UI. Here are the results:
Griefhelm now features Online Multiplayer! It features mixed local and online players, bots, and all gamemodes! A dueling game with split-second reactions makes online play quite a challenge to achieve so that things feel both responsive and fair. I have spent countless days trying to make a system to compensate for Lag, and while I'm sure it will need further tweaking and improvement, I am super happy with how it's working!
