Hi, everyone! How are you doing?
Here at Amazu.tv we're working intensively to make sure we ge the best out of the Light Apprentice game. As it's the first game the studio makes, we have been facing some problems that I think everyone runs into when they start doing a game. If anyone is curious about that, we can make a special post about it.

But now, on to some goodies! This is how the game is looking so far!

These images come from a mockup video we're doing and we'll hopefully post it still this week. We haven't yet started using the game engine, so you will see a lot of differences from these screenshots and the mockup video as compared to the final product. But I hope it gives you a taste on how it'll look like!

As always, we'd really like to hear you what you think. Tell us if you have any further questions.

See you next time!

Looking good! is it more like RPG-style or strategic-style game?

Thanks! We're actually aiming for a mix of both (normal RPG and strategy RPG), something we haven't seen before. But as the battles grow bigger, the player will need to think more strategically in order to win.

This engine looks conceptually very similar to the Tenchi Muyo SNES RPG. (Which is neither a good nor bad; just an observation)

Interesting! I didn't even know Tenchi Muyo had a SNES game. But yeah, that's an interesting concept we want to explore, and hopefully achieve a fun gameplay. There's still a lot of work to do, so I hope to get your input again later on, when the game is better shaped ;) Thank you for your comment!

Def tracking, good to see a 3Dbased indie RPG, the combat system looks a little like this game for Dreamcast called "Time Stalkers". Its cool that you integrated turn based with tactics. Very awesome. can't wait to see the final product.
