balanced daedric scholar a bit better and moved it out of the "Cheaty"-Section of the installer

nullified the "become dragonborn"-decision in the influence history mod, due to it being broken. the decision does nothing atm. use the console and type "event dragonborn.150" instead for now.

This most likely is the final update to the mod. I hope you guys enjoy the modpack as much as I did making it :) The source code is also accessible via a link on the download site.
