What is Exo TD?
Exo TD is a game similar to traditional tower defenses with new core experience changes. The setting takes place in fully 3D space as you take control of your planet defenses. As you fight for your resources you must construct turrets, shields, orbital defenses, and more maintaining your Planetary Shields as each invasion force and it's boss arrive.
Each wave features an increasingly difficult set of AI ships that will challenge you with new tactics, strategies, and reactive combat abilities. Destroyed enemy ships will often yield drone collectible scrap resources, providing opportunities to upgrade your turrets into newer more powerful models augmenting their defensive capabilities to deal with the increasingly powerful threats.

Early Access release features:
The current game version features 2 unique campaign scenarios, a roster of 5 standard turrets each with 6-8 unique upgrades across 3 upgrade tiers, as well as additional shield, resource, and utility defensive options. As development continues new turrets, satellites, defenses, game modes, and feature content will be introduced via patch cycles.
Each of the currently available turrets has multiple upgrade paths that will help you improve your strategy and provides additional functionality.
Some upgrade will completely change how a turret functions, others may augment speed or power, and can even change the targeting systems between nearest, priority, projectile intercept, and random targeting.
Throughout the Early Access process and well into release we hope to improve on all aspects of the game, from adding new content, scenarios, gameplay modes, UI/UX, SFX, VFX, and performance improvements across all supported systems.
