Drafting Tales has been updated to version 0.13.0.
UI improvements
The top panel has been removed. XP, Money and Fans are now displayed on the left panel, along with the inspiration bar. The slide-up notifications are now larger and the Skills tab has been improved.
Reviews dialogs
The reviews dialogs for both Articles and Short-Stories have been redesigned and they now look different from Non-fiction/Novel dialogs. Reviews of previously published works can be viewed in the Character dialog (Works tab).
Publisher query
You can now select which publishers to query. The probability of a query being successful depends on your work's quality and each publisher's audience reach score. Publishers will accept your work even if the genre/topic combo is not ideal, so you need to be more careful now if you want to avoid bad reviews.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where dialogs would not properly center on screen.
We are working on a self-publish flow, which unfortunately did not make it into this update. We hope to have this ready for the next update, along with gameplay rebalancing.
