Post news Report RSS Devlog #7 (PLANS PLANS PLANS)

Just a runthrough of the plans right now, where we're at, and where we're headed!

Hey,

it's been a while since we had a proper update!

We've reached 21% on the indiegogo, with about a month to go! That's fantastic, and we're stoked about all the support. It's a flexible goal, so we still get the funding even if we don't reach 100%: that means the funds we gather will go to making the game better, no matter how much it ends up being! It's music, mainly, but also sound effects and licensing fees, which I've so far paid for with my own tiny savings.

NOW AS FOR DEVELOPMENT ON THE GAME ITSELF

It's going really well! We had a goal to have a playable build of the full game by the end of the year, and we might even have it by the end of the week! When it's done, we're doing a load of playthroughs, testing for bugs ourselves, and then hopefully we can have some outsiders play through it, playtesting not only bugs, but also jokes, accessibility, and puzzle difficulty. After that, it's fine tuning. Hopefully, we'll have a solid version of the game running by the time the campaign is over! That, in turn, means that we can get the commissioned audio into the game, run a couple tests, and basically be ready for launch!

Anyway, this is the best possible scenario, and while it is very doable, it still requires a lot of hard work. We're at it, everyone. Alright, update over!

Oh, and a P.S.

Tetris Effect is amazing.

God of War is fantastic.

And we're taking a week off after friday!

It's Christmas time!
