Welcome to this week’s article of Chama!

In order to keep things ongoing with our new member and the slight change of roles a new schedule had to be made.


The Schedule

Planning is almost always required when you do things, whether it’s mentally done or written out. In our case it’s been carefully drawn out in an excel page with each task and member assigned accordingly.

Following up to this, an Asana page was also made. Having each member paint their own weeks in a color. Those are the work weeks. And once they end, that means it’s due date to deliver their part.

Development

Another look was made at several other files regarding Chama. The Game Design Document was one of them. We’ve also taken a look at the story design and started planning out how the following levels would proceed (characters, level and story). The new members of the game have also been brief and even tried out a demo of our game to better understand it.

Conclusion

It’s important to follow a schedule, it maintains things on the right path and with their own time. It allows our members to focus and at the same time maintain a positive posture on completion and during it. Before we say my goodbyes for this week, here’s a sneak peek of next week’s article!
