Right, week two, a little unproductive this week, but still made progress!

The UI is now able to display decimal points, and I'm better able to tweak the costs and displays for research elements on the science menu. Also, I know I said I wasn't going to be working on visuals... but I couldn't help it. First few ideas for ships, and some basic animations too!
More bugs of course... par for the course eh?
