"I’m leaning towards using a late Joseon setting when Japan annexed Korea because that’s a fascinating period in Korean history. So I made a Japanese soldier in uniform from that era in Oculus Medium. Looks pretty decent? After rigging and basic coloring, it's looking pretty good. I think they’re only like 4k polys which… I think it’s low, but might be a little high for the quality? Hmm. Well, anyway, I can always decimate in a blender if necessary. As long as the game hits 60fps on current-gen consoles, I’ll be happy.
Imagine if people resolved conflicts through dancing instead of using guns and swords? Maybe I should make a dance game instead. Hmm." (c) Sean, the Wonhon: A Vengeful Spirit developer.
