Thought I'd share a quick (non technical) look at how we're building our voxel backgrounds in Robo Puzzle Smash.

We're starting to finish up our background art, and we're trying to match it to the character style - meaning all voxels all the time. Here's a quick look at how we put everything together, starting with some rough thumbnails and prototypes and ending with a final piece of production art. Hope you enjoy!
