The character creation and customization in Vox is vast and will allow the player to create any type of character that they desire.
This is achieved by allowing the player to modify each and every cube/voxel relating to the player model. Doing so can allow the player to create some very wild and wonderful characters and allows for characters that exhibit a very 'spore' like level of player generated content.

The character currently has a number of different body parts that can be edited by the player, the head, the body, the hands and the feet. Once a player has created each body part, these parts can be scaled and further modified to really allow the player to create the best possible character that they are able to. The design philosophy behind the customization features of Vox and the tools and editors is to allow the player the freedom to create what they want and also make the process easy and intuitive for them.
The same cube/voxel editing tools will be used to also allow the player to edit everything else within the world, such as scenery, weapons, items, NPCs, monsters, etc...
Allowing the player this level of customization in their game will hopefully allow for a very unique experience for each player.
