- Added a missing core for Azerbaijan
- Armenian led Transcaucasia can use the Greater Armenia decision now, made sure the decisions disappear after the Armenian genocide
- Central Asian core events now happen earlier
- Added an Organize Madagascar decision
- Made sure all African colonies have organize/reorganize decisions
- Lowered the effect of a modifier that would increase the chance of the pandemic influenza event firing if a neighboring country has it
- Added a 3 year cooldown until Integration Policy and genocide decisions can be used again, changed some of the requirements
- Added a Picardy tag
- Added Nationalism and Imperialism requirements to most irredentist decisions
- AI Austria or Austrian formed SGF will try form the German Confederation instead of normal Germany
- Stopped the AI taking Chinese states (except Taiwan) if China doesn't own anymore treaty ports. It can still take bordering states though, but only if the AI's bordering province isn't a treaty port
- Improved the CB that takes a non-core state for your substate, vassal or spherling, added another one for annexing
- Fixed some capitals and made sure they always get the correct ones

- Encouraging the Arab Nationalism now costs money
- Added a decision that changes non-existent releasable countries' reforms to yours
- Resettling blacks in Libera is now available for all American tags

- Added back the Buy from stockpile button that was removed with HoD
- Added a workaround for a hardcoded issue that could happen with decisions
- Fixed some events not firing because of wrong encoding

- Fixed the Anglo-Siamese Treaty firing for Siam
- Lots of fixes, improvements and additions in Indochina and for the Indochina tag, which is now formable by any nation in the region
- Fixed Roman Republic, Lombardy and Venice government and ruling party during the 1848 revolutions, added the Sicilian Revolt for Two Sicilies
- Fixed the End of Slavery event not removing every modifier related to slavery
- Added some missing Indian cores
- Changed some starting colonial borders to represent how it looked irl without reshaping provinces
- Improved the events that hand out colonies
- Made sure the American flavor events can fire for every American tag and not just the USA when it makes sense, also improved some of them a little bit
- Improved events from the Freedom and Chains minimod, fixed some that didnt fire
- Fixed and improved a lot of Brazilian events
- Fixed Uruguay's starting government and reforms, added an introduction event and a "Guerra Grande" event chain
- Added slaves for Argentina, improved the Platine War events, added the Buenos Aires revolt
- Made sure the Pacific War event can fire if PBC exists
- Brazil now has the slavery_debate country flag to stop them from abolishing slavery early
- Fixed the US Virgin Island purchase decision firing a wrong event
- Fixed an endless modifier when Tokugawa moves the capital
- Slaves are now +25% more efficient than farmers/labourers. Added a new slave pop type who can work in factories. They are 25% less efficient than craftsmen. Before that there wasnt any benefits for keeping slavery other than roleplaying reasons. Because Paradox hardcoded promotion for slaves they can only promote/demote via a province events
- Added partisan rebels. They only rise up in occupied provinces, radical ideologies won't join if the occupier has the same ideology and you don't. Made sure you can't abuse the province event in multiplayer
- Restored some military and economic policy effects back to vanilla level
- Changed citizenship policy effects on non accepted pops to consciousness
- Fixed a reform effect that decreased consciousness too much
- Increased the value of precious mine and tea
- Tank factories now need steel instead of rubber
- Balanced some tech changes the AI would pick, moved some of the RGO and mine effects earlier to help early game economy
- Ningbo is a possible treaty port now, as it was irl
- The Encourage Arab Nationalism decision is only visible now if you are at war with Ottomans
- Added a prestige requirement for Spain to claim Gibraltar
- Added an event about the Cretan Revolt of 1866
- Fixed the Megali Idea cores
- Fixed province events having non accepted pop effects, because its a country effect only. This led to countries having way too high militancy when they had more than one of these province events. This fixed some of the issues with the Balkans turning Turk easily, Ottomans tend to have like 3 of those assimilation events. All around fixed vanilla and NNM bugs of country modifiers having province modifiers and vice versa
- Restored Manchuria as a starting nation
- Changed the Lord Admiral minister's requirement from port to a naval base, Succesful Industrialist's to having any factories
- The Hungarian Transylvanian union event won't remove the cores anymore, just changes the primary culture to Romanian to evade some issues with the Danubian Federation events
- Added possible North German accepted to the Danubian Federation formation if you managed to take Silesia as Austria and get the event that gives cores and accepted pops
- Fixed some issues with the Bulgarian Yugoslavia decisions
- Made sure countries get their proper religions after tag changing
- Removed accepted cultures from Ukraine
- Fixed the Hungarian Diet events influencing all rich stratas in Austria
- Reduced the Afro American deportation costs, increased the possible resettlement time to 10 years
- Fixed the Encourage War modifier and reworked the decision
- Improved the decision that allowed puppets to break free and join the enemy when they are occupied
- Silencing the elections now adds random main policy effects when the election starts
- Added some leadership for newly released countries that are in war (revolution events)
- The New World assimilation bonus doesn't apply to the North and South American cultures anymore. This stops Mexicans assimilating en mass after Manifest Destiny for example.
- Accepting Wallonians now gives them some militancy and consciousness
- Added a decision for post Berlin Congress Bulgaria to annex Eastern Rumelia. Ottoman Empire can either accept or wage a war to get it back
- Added First Balkan War event chain
- Loyal Askaris event won't fire for colonies in America
- The peacetime mobilisation event won't happen during a crisis anymore
- Removed some useless events about infamy, NNM already had a system for it
- Made sure newly released countries won't switch government type because of the reforms they have and government doesnt match
- Accepted cultures can migrate to colonies, but with a lower chance than primary cultures
- Added some bonus for emigrating pops to choose countries with the same primary culture
- Added more possible Jewish homelands
- Fixed Zanzibar not having slavery
- Fixed the Take Puppet CB having effect on non existing countries
- Made sure you can see the NV effects in the post westernization NV events

- Removed useless Bamum tag

- Some of the RGO changing events now apply to dye to help late game unemployment

- Increased the chance of Hungary surrendering during the Hungarian Revolution if Russia intervenes and cuts down Hungary
- The Separatism invention now has an organisation bonus for the Patriot rebels too, not just the nationalist
- Added a new nationalist rebel type for African and Asian colonies. All African/Asian cultures there will fight for independence, no matter if they are accepted or not
- Fixed militant socialists not adding social reforms
- Turning a state to a Slave State now turns some of the Afro and minor cultures to slaves
- No more tech event spam after westernizing, the westernization event gives them based on what reforms you picked
- Added irredentist decisions for Israel, Georgia and Portugal
- Improved some renaming decisions
- Fixed the May Conspiracy event not firing because it checked for Czechoslovakia cores

Beta v3.1
- Removed some stupid things I've never noticed that were left over from Vickymod
- Added missing NVs to the invention chances
- Mughalistan isn't a starting nation anymore because it interfered with a triggered modifier for the UK
- Increased the unciv reform costs just a little bit
- Changed Russia's NV to Might (as it is in NNM and PDM)
- Changed back the NV change requirement to Revolution & Counterrevolution
- Added a better quality monarchy flag for Korea. Only the absolute monarchy uses the Joseon flag, other monarchy types use the flag of the Korean Empire
- Irredentist decision for Korea
- Hohenzollern is now more likely to accept the Prussian/NGF annexation
- It's not possible anymore to annex Sulu with the decision by just owning a Philippine core, also needs to be unsphered

Beta v3
- Went through every country file and fixed missing techs, accepted pops, reforms, UH compositions etc, also added unciv reforms for some releasable nations (for example Indian minors or Middle Eastern countries)
- Added a lot of missing pops and cultures for the 1861 scenario
- Lowered the liferating the Byzantine decision gives to Constantinople
- Moved the Dominican War of Independence to the historical date
- Reworked Dominican Republic pops based on historical estimates
- Forming Hansa changes the tech school to commerce tech
- Added Tahiti as a releasable country
- Removed Galician accepted pops from Spain and Portugal, added the accepted culture for forming Iberia, also reworked the cores and pops, and fixed the country file
- Added back the Picard pops, made sure the French Language School decision deals with them
- France don't start with Wallonian accepted culture anymore, but it's possible to get them accepted (needs to own Wallonia)
- Changed the starting political reforms in France based on the sources I found
- Added a province in Macedonia for better Albanian borders. Province shape based on HPM
- Removed useless Gaoshan, Cham, Maldivian cultures, fixed the country file and pops of Maldives
- Fixed some countries with slavery not having a single slave pop

- Moldova and Wallachia can't unite anymore if one of them is a puppet. Same goes for Bohemia and Slovakia, unless they have the same overlord

- Readded the Suez strait
- Turned the Bosporus and Dardanelles to canals to block enemy movements during wars (just like in WW1)

- Granting independence for Norway now removes the accepted culture from Sweden
- Fixed some minor core issues in the French and Japanese dismantlement, removed some stupid things from the United Kingdom's dismantlement
- Balanced the election events in the 3.04 version and added a lot more, mostly related to reforms. Added the decision to silence elections
- Fixed some election events not firing in the 3.03 version
- Fixed some countries not getting ministers
- Added a lot of renaming decisions for Greece/Byzantium/Pontus and Brazil
- Reworked the Golden Circle for CSA. It's now a series of decisions, based on PDM
- Added news articles for the major archeology events
- Added an event related to the end of personal union between the Netherlands and Luxembourg in 1890, which releases Luxembourg if the Treaty of London is signed
- Improved and fixed some vanilla events. Mostly because they costed ridicously low amount of money or missed a government type/country tag to fire. The nationalist movement events are now only apply to non primary and accepted cultures as they should be. Hosting the Olympics now costs money all the time, not just the first one. World Fairs are also more expensive now
- Added a Panama Canal Company event
- Hungary can also annex Bosnia with the decision now, based on Bosnia was under joint occupation of Austria and Hungary
- Inherited some elements from the Dutch Improvement Mod. Mostly events about the East Indies colonial policy, with some political events and scandals in the Netherlands
- Fixed and reworked the Greater Netherlands decisions
- Balanced some event modifiers
- Balanced some national values, policies and reform effects. Lowered the number of technologies the unciv reforms give
- Moved Kotor to the Montenegro region for more possible ports for Austria-Hungary
- Brazil now can't get another minister when Dom Pedro II is active
- USA and CSA can now support or force the resettlement of Afro Americans to Liberia if slavery is outlawed
- Fixed presidental dictatorships allowing socialist parties
- Added the South American Dreadnought Race for Brazil, Argentina and Chile
- Added an event about the Chilean Civil War of 1891
- Replaced dye with tea as a possible RGO for the treaty ports events
- Changed some of the unit build and supply costs

  • Political flavor events for South American countries, leadup events to NNM's Paraguay War event.
  • Decision for FRCA to claim Mayan lands after Yucatan votes to join
  • New formable country for the Caribbean Islands (can be formed as a colony as well): the West Indies/Caribbean Federation

- Made sure the Spanish/Portugese, Italian and German decisions and events can be used by Iberia, Papal Italy, German Confederation when it makes sense
- Reworked the Hungarian Revolution, added a few leadup events
- Reworked material from Gott Mit Uns:

  • Flavor events for Italy, Germany and Austria about composers, literature, scientists etc
  • Roman Republic, Five Days of Milan, Republic of San Marco and First Italian War of Independence events during the Springtime of Nations
  • More archeology events about Mesopotamia, Crete, Mycenae, Maya and Inca ruins. Includes a fun minigame

- Added missing Organize and Reorganize decisions and culture changes after native revolts for all colonial nations in Africa and Indochina, Organize Siberia and Kamchatka decisions for Russia
