AMC TC v3.6.5-x with Engine Update

Since the release of Episode 4 is still some time away, and because there have been great improvements to the eduke32 engine base, we hereby release an updated build of the eduke32 AMC fork:

It includes a maintenance patch that allows players to update to the same revision of eduke32 we use for internal development. It is not intended to be a complete bugfix, but rather as a way to make use of the engine improvements to eduke32 that have been made in the past year. A comprehensive set of fixes will be coming with the release of Episode 4.
