also, i think you need a 2d perspective in some regards, much to the fact that everyone who has ever thought of an ant farm, has thought of of this image: Antfarmsforkids.com
Just put it in a simple side game, would add a bundle to the content but easy to implement, and everything that everyone playing an ant game would want to see.
there is nothing honestly that I wanted more as a child than to be part of the army of ants that I was annihilating with a magnifying glass. Are you really bringing that to me?

i got this on like a boss bundle, very fun. I wish I would have known there was a pre-cursor, I had to stop half way through the game to go play the first free version, and then go back and play this version. It's amazing how much detail went into this game.
loved the first 7 minute trailer you posted (way too long), but this trailer is 100 times better! Great game you have there!

We have a new version coming soon with a rebuilt engine and we are going to try to address both of those issues before release. As of now, only windows and mac have a pre-launch resolution changer that i couldn't quite get to work with linux. I'm replacing that with a built-in resolution changer located under the main options menu. As for the mouse being off, yes, that is very annoying, my apologies I didn't catch that on linux until recently.
I understand. The demo is playable now for free. You can already design and save levels for play mode it's working 100% except for the lack of the more appealing models. So designing your dungeons is already there. Additionally, you can place the dungeons already. This gives you an idea of how playmode is, in a way, already working 100% in the game. The new version, level loading is asynchronous, so there is no lag when you for instance, drop a dungeon with 10 million blocks in it like the current demo does.

another thing is, there is no need to invert the mouse as the demo does not have play mode enabled. in play mode, there is no mouse cursor, the mouse controls up and down head movement instead. in demo mode, the mouse cursor is active for block selection only.
thanks for trying the game out. You can invert the mouse before you launch the game. There is a tab behind the resolution selector. The in-game menu buttons are just placeholders for now, but there will be options. I had not planned on having v-sync but I could easily add the option for you when we do finally release the options screen.
The new engine we have been working on has a throttle on the game at 60fps, are you looking for greater than 60fps? Might I ask, what is the biggest reason you want vsync option and at what rate will you be running?

Apparently, this build is only working on 64 bit versions of windows. I'll rebuild and put a new download for 32 bit machines soon.
