Just tried the demo and I know it's a prototype but I'm curious to see how the development goes.

I'd would also like to suggest fleet indicators on the edge of the screen to show which direction the enemies/neutrals/allies are. Simply because I usually end up getting lost in space when I zoom out to tactical view and and issue commands then come back out of tactical view, having no orientation where my fleet went. So an indicator that you can optionally trigger on/off may help players get a sense of where they are in space relative to their fleet without having to zoom out and then focus on a ship then mouse scroll away to witness the battle that is taking place. The indicators should also be able to give you basic information about what type of ships they are, or the size of those ships that are off-screen.

On the other hand, having a button you can press that would instantly zoom your camera in to the closest enemy encounter which have all participating ships in full view would be nice. Clicking the same button again would zoom in on other smaller issued commands to the fleet that puts all involved ships into view.

Anyways, seeing as this is fairly new with what seems to already be quite a lot of work, I'm hopeful for the prospects of this game. Definitely tracking.

Cheers!

It definitely looks good. I love the textures and the lighting. I think you should also include the gameplay teaser you guys shared on twitter, that was awesome to look at. Tracked!

Love the artstyle and the gameplay movements look amazingly smooth especially on that boat sequence, thumbs up. The opening menu looks nifty too. Do you already have plans for displaying the game credits?

If you're open to ideas, unless its already what you had in mind that it'll be awesome when you click credits, the scene will slowly pan to one direction while you hear slow footsteps on grass. The whole view will pan to a set of graves, one for each member of your dev team. Sounds morbid I know, but its something nice to think about.

Anyways, definitely tracking this.

I just found this game through chain following indie game developers on twitter. Seems like every indie game developer follow everybody else, which is awesome to see.

Anyways, I just finished playing the Windows Demo and wow just wow. I love the gameplay concept. The music is beautiful, loved Vast Expanse and Exploration. All in all an awesome game. Keep at it, would support if I could. One thing I'm quite certain of is that in the future I'd definitely buy this game.

Plus with multiplayer in the plans, I can't wait to see the final product. Tracked!

Just finished playing around with the indieDB demo, and despite it being an older version I can only expect the newer demo to be better. The movements are fluid and easy to learn. Great visuals too and nifty puzzles. I loved the way you guys dealt with the skill tree too.

All in all, definitely going to track this. Great work guys!

I love the visuals on this, with more content and hopefully a very simplistic UI I can see myself getting lost in this world. Tracked!

The moment I saw the in-game movement gif. I instantly clicked track this game! The player model is stunning to look at, even with a very simplistic environment.

Then I saw the video. I can't wait to see the final product. Keep up the great work!

I accidentally resent my messed up draft to your support email. Please ignore the shorter email received from zillvr.games@gmail.com.

So sorry about that. I will try to continue to participate in any way I can. Thanks for the fast reply, cheers!

I tracked as soon as I saw the artstyle. I love the simple details in each tile. The UI is easy on the eyes. Would definitely love to play this game once it's out. Looks and sounds like a lot of fun.

Just finished playing the demo and found some rather gamebreaking bugs. I would list them here, unless there is a better place for bug reports? Let me know. I have found quite a few of them in the Runestone Keeper - Demo v1.0 for PC. (In-game it shows as Version 0.9.9 top right corner for some reason)

I really liked the game concept. Well rounded despite the bugs and issues here and there. The art is simple yet amazingly detailed enough. I can see this game gaining a big following. Tracked!

I'm seriously attracted to the gameplay concept. The recoils and sliding movement would definitely take some skill to master. Lets not forget about the beautiful art style and the lighting mechanics are all very clean to look at. Plus if you add a lot more offensive/defensive options. This'll even be more awesome.

I would suggest a few ideas, but I don't know if this would be the right place for it or whether you already have a documented compilation of detailed planned-content. (i.e. Special Ships with decoy escape pods that releases them in multiple directions to distract your foes when you escape). If it's the latter, I think people would definitely also love to see what you have in store.

I've roughly browsed through every link on this page with info on the game, but I couldn't find what inspired you to call it Negspace? Interesting name though, is it an abbreviation of 'Negative(s)'?

Anyways, sorry for such a long post. Definitely tracking this stunning game!

Such stunning artwork and seeing as I have a weakness for pixel art + twin-stick shooters, this game definitely deserves a spot in the gamewatch list. Tracked!
