I would thank one of the thousand gods in the world if I believed in one! I had lost hope this awesome mod would ever be worked on...keep up the good work!

The only issue I have with the beta 2 is that sometimes, when I go to the controls menu, it crashes...usually it happens after I start a game.
Other than that, this is probably the most awesome mod out there!
If I only knew more people that still play wolf3D around my parts... :)

Yes you can switch to 1st person, but you don't see the weapons you have in hand.(Or at least the version I own didn't).

The only real solution would be changing the darkplaces engine to an older version(2008 should work...)
But they would also need to recode everything...
I'll ask again, since it's being rebuilt, and i really want to play this ******* awesome game ;)

It's a gamebreaking problem, regarding ATI drivers usually...i know because i have the same problem...You need to either get different video drivers...or buy a new computer. If the above solution doesn't work and you can't buy another PC, then I'm afraid nothing can be done...(i never managed to solve this...)

It's not difficult...in order to have stats and achievments, you need a player profile...

That would be great! I always loved the RTCW models and I always wanted to see them in another game!

Not to be rude or anything, but isn't the Ar2 in HL2 basically a stronger version of the SMG? I would consider it as 2 kinds of the same weapon...and the same goes for the pistol and the magnum...so I really don't see why not making 2 shotguns...

Even if a Christmas like last year could prove to be very interesting ;)

I believe the reason is that with the new maps, the zombies story and weapons lost all of their already little realism... Apart from the Wunderwaffe and the Ray gun, all other weapons were WW2 weapons and behaved like WW2 weapons... I don't know if you see my point, but I believe this is the reason why so much hate towards BO zombies.
