Perhaps you've been playing too much CoD that makes you think any FPS out there is generic. Try the game first then speak, if you have than I'm sorry for you not being able to see what a great game it is.

To vote, hit VOTE FOR THIS GAME red box that is located in the main page for this game, it will take you to another page, click at tactical shooter then the box/window will expand so you will see Insurgency in the list so at the left side of the page it says Vote so click at that and you are done.
