You've never heard of ridiculous pollution + Air Exchange? The Combine are modifying the atmosphere so that they can breathe in it. It's day if you look closely.

Alright, I'm going to say what could use some improving.
How did the CP get in the room in the first place?
You get too many weapons at the beginning.
You fight way too many enemies.
Improve your texturing.
Make things less blocky.
Too many citizens/rebels in my opinion.
