Excuse me, I know this is kind of weird, but I'd like to discuss A theory of mine, and as your political stand point is parallel to mine and you are Christian, I feel that you would understand it.
Now, you might remember a while ago when they held a Democratic Convention or whatnot, that the crowd did not wish to include God and Jerusalem in their platform. In fact they booed all three attempts to include them until it was forcibly included, (I might have gotten a few of my facts wrong but I'm pretty sure they're true) anyway, I payed little heed due to the fact that modern day politics depress me...
...Until, something hit me, the denial of St. Peter. He denied knowing Christ three times.
An eerie similarity to be sure, but all this leads to my conclusion.
God is trying to tell Americans something, and neither party is listening.

I think you're right. Our nation has stopped listening to God. All parties are corrupt and guilty.
