I installed UT99 HD4K Extreme Edition 3.5, UnrealHD v3.1 Full, and Darknovismc's DirectX 11 renderer before installing RTNPUE, but only Render>Direct3D 9 Support has the UseS3TC option. Direct3D 11 support doesn't. Am I doing something wrong, or does this not work with DirectX 11?

Two problems upon launch when using the BaykalIntro.unr:

1) A simple spelling error in the readme led to me leaving out the "k" in "BaykalIntro.unr" during UnrealTournament.ini change.

2) I now am receiving this Critical Error popup regarding a file I don't seem to have. Any solutions?
Failed to enter BaykalIntro.unr: Can't find file for package "ty_runewater".

The solution to #2 (and the subsequent errors) is to install the 4.7 MB "DM-Baykal" from Unreal Archive. This pack lacked all but one of its files, so using BaykalIntro.unr was doomed to fail.

To a certain degree, the intro was worth the momentary trouble. Minus the full second of bright blue upon launch and layered background noise when enabling Oldskool Amp'd.

Are you gonna update the description so we're all aware? The oldunreal thread you linked didn't seem to mention the matter, so it seemed like all hope was lost.

This is actually the no UMOD version.
edit: nvm There are multiple files inside, including the .umod.

I keep getting the "Download Timeout" error.
Regardless, the "OldSkool Amp'd (Registry Only)" and "OldSkool Amp'd Full 2.30 (UMOD)" are the full 2.39 versions, which this likely is aswell.

Thanks.
My only problem so far is how ridiculous the smoke effect is during shoot outs. There is so much smoke that I am unable to see my targets when they're firing at me. I'll wait for an update unless you'd like to tell me how to fix it myself.
