Hey all :) Welcome to my page
You could make the RF receiver play distorted screams in these areas for extra spooks ;)
Makes sense to be honest. Why would I sell advanced gear in a village full of rookies? Stalkers usually head north when they can and probably soldem retunr to the Cordon (which is a freaking battlefield in Anomaly).
Holy smokes, dude! This went from just a few small tweaks to an essential overhaul in almost no time - well done!
The helmet animation looks freaking amazing!
Though I would suggest are more minimalistic melee/ knive attack sound.
This game has come a really long way! I still remember that very old video on youtube where the seamless transition from space to atmosphere was shown. That video must be at least 7-8 years old by now.
I noticed that the sounds from Metro 2033 are back. I assume they now function as the distant sound for a type of mutant, no? :)
Great job, my good man!
I am more interested in the animations and models/ textures to be honest.
Thanks :) I hope they will update to a more recent version eventually.
I would like to know which version of STCoP is currently implemented in Anomaly? Because I have seen a showcase video for version 3.2 and some amazing improvements have been made - mainly fixing some of the horrible animations.
Cool. Looking forward to it!
I guess you found our culprit then :P
Good idea. Some trader overhaul is really needed and I also liked barkeep more as a general trader. Though I would not convert him into a second Sidorovich, but perhaps give him a unique selection of items, a mixed bag so to speak.
Would also be great if he would pay more for cooked mutant food.
There should be more ways to earn a profit than just Quests and maybe artifacts. So perhaps balance that out with what fuel and the cooking gear costs? :)
This is a good idea.
I always felt, that the north felt rather empty and pointless.
Bear not using his monopol is Zaton always bugged me. So this should make Zaton more attractive for artifact hunters.
Though I would suggest, that Beard should buy artifacts for a little bit less than the Ecologists, so the player has to decide if he travels to Jupiter for some extra cash.
That sucks big time.
Yeah, that would be great.
Just port some nice models, textures and anims from Insurgency Sandstorm and bam! Haha
I was really pumped, when some dudes started porting Escape from Tarkov stuff over to Stalker, but no news in some time unfortunately.
So far I came across one weapon sound that was way too loud. It sounded like the dude was standing right next to me, even though the fight was far away (probably something to do with the sound layers?). Could not find out which weapon it was, though it was something semi-automatic and not a pistol by the looks of it.
Hope this helps :D
Could you rework all weapons, because some have really bad animations, while you are at it? :P Just kidding. Haha.
But someone should really do that one day. How the weapons look and feel is my biggest complain about Stalker actually.
Great idea! What files and lines did you edit to make the ambient noises sound farther away? :)
If enabled parts can have a condition of anywhere from 1% to 100%.
If disabled parts are only labled as "clean", "damaged", "torn" etc. (25% steps)
Yeah, that is true. Though I found the debug map rather unimmersive (it is just a debug map after all).
I am glad there is a gameplay oriented solution.
Wow, thanks. I had no idea. This is getting complex :D
kudos to you my good man
Having a lot of fun so far :)
Question, is there a way to turn of squads on the mini map? Friend-foe-detection is really difficult sometimes. Thanks :)
I would love to see Wraith Squadron
Add some chairs and tables and you could sell burgers from that thing :)
Looks really good though.
I see you managed to port the Bethesda physics engine over to Battlefront. A fine choice indeed.
That door on the rear is a nice touch.
This post is Zsinj gore.
This looks really good.
I often use Reshade to simply add some Lumasharpen. Just a slight amount makes a huge different in my opinion.
