Thanks for your interest! I was the lead on the OT Mod before joining Fate of the Galaxy (FotG). And having been involved in both teams, I'll add that FotG is many orders of magnitude more extensive, stable, and feature rich then the OT mod was. The OT was more of a cobbled together feasibility test and won’t work with modern FSO builds either (since it has not been maintained for years).

Ah that's the weathered, Red Squadron skin/texture on it right now :) There is also weathered textures for Gold/Yellow, Blue, Green, and Grey, and a nice shiny and fresh Episode I Yellow-Silver texture.

Indeed! This is just the Republic variant, there are an additional nine color/paint variants (light/dark pairs of 5 different colors/paint markings) :)

It is a player flyable ship, yep! While flying the player can switch between having the turrets on auto, firing forward controlled by the player, or a mix of both.

Ah so with the mission editor FRED2 (ie FSO engine's powerful mission editor) the mission designer can have any ship cloak!

Thanks! Flying with a joystick is great with it. For folks who don't have one though we also have an option to switch the mouse to serve as a joystick on the fly :)
