No there should be a button on top to instal the full version or goto the Play tab an right click the game an switch from demo to alpha

Im also having issues making anvil :/ and still having issue with container

they are just kinda using it in the stockpile its self as a collectable resorce hmmn weird

is it me or are they ignoring my container no one puts stuff in it :(

You can turn it off in options in that "Main menu"
