What you talking about? Looks fine to me. ;P
You are using Valve Hammer 3.4 right? Worldcraft 2.0 / 2.1 is like, 5 years behind Hammer. Just use the align buttons [top][bottom][left] and [right].
I know how to align textures dude. This was made for other people.
And yes this was done in hammer 3.5 beta ( i think )
