Good god dont extract them into your general Warband files. Extract the 1.1 folder into the Module folder in the Warband directory.

On the contrary, Parthia has been spoken about pretty constantly for the last year now. The only road block we face is a consistent playerbase to make an update of that size worth it.
MnG_Official_EU is up 24/7, its only a matter of the amount of people playing on it.
The servers are used when people decide to play on them friend, I dont know the daily activity of everyone who installs the mod.
There's also an event thread on the MnG board, the mod is involved on Reddit and large youtube communities actively advertise events several weeks in advance.

Horse Archers were removed from our test versions because there were issues balancing them. This is something we will cover if we ever add Parthia as a faction.

Though we wont be adding Gladiators as a combat class, Jordan (our resident creator) is currently working on an Arena map you as we have been displaying in our media section here on ModDB. Perfect for Gladiator RP if you're into that sort of thing.

Single player, along with being difficult to do (though fun), wouldn't make sense with the time frame we have for working on the mod. Both Jordan and myself dont want to commit to what would be months of coding, scening, writing e.c.t. when theoretically Bannerlord could come out at any time. There are several other Roman SP mods floating around, though they dont use MNG assets obviously.
Gladiators are not included in the mod. Despite being a requested feature, they weren't a statement part of the Roman Army at the time.
Define MNTB. All you need is Mount and Blade: Warband to play.
To my knowledge you can't mod Warband on console, so no.
It depends on what time you're playing. There's normally a rush of players in the evening UK time, and Saturday and Sunday are prime play nights due to public events.
Head to the files tab up above, click on the Mount and Gladius V1 prompt and click the big red "Download NOW" button on its page.
