I started to work with CryEngine Sandbox twelve years ago. (damn, already 13 years?) I also work with Game Maker and I'm learning with Unreal Engine 4.
I didn't give up with my attemps to rebuild Pripyat into a video game.
This is a result of my most recent effort to build a prefabricated building of typed project 121-60-25 using my very own tools.
Can't wait to improve my tools even more to make even better results and finally start making the city itself.

Currently, I work on BuildingEditor (walls, roofs), ObjectEditor (cars, balconies...), TreeEditor, LevelEditor.
Theoretically, everything can be done without them but it would be extremely hard for a human.
You capture the Pripyat/Russian architecture nicely.
