After Luminara Unduli was resurrected by the Force biological reverse energy device used by Zofia in the Spire, Luminara was sent to planet Earth (located in the Solar System in the Milky Way galaxy) to conceal her from the Sith and other Inquisitors. This Earth's map shows how Luminara started her new life and settled some locations for her sanctuary places, temporary homes, and for her life (showing in red markings) around Earth. That's my theory about Luminara's resurrection.

Absolutely, I'm considering to do a story about the rebirth of Luminara and as well new GC map which sets in the Milky Way Galaxy.

It's not just only in the mod, it's also in my new Canon fanfic story about Luminara's rebirth.
In my Legends/EU fanfic, Luminara didn't go to Earth after she was reborn. Instead, she is just roaming around the galaxy to find the place to hide during Imperial Period. She later trained Zofia and Eva Lee in Jedi training on Yavin 4 in 19 ABY. Once again, Luminara was killed by the Sith Lady named Lumiya in between 20-22 ABY.
In my new Canon fanfic, Zofia broke in the Spire and resurrected Luminara using the Force biological reverse energy device (FBRED), the Empire didn't anticipate that the Spire was broken in. Zofia then sent and concealed Luminara to Earth in order to prevent her from being hunted by the Empire and the Sith, as Luminara is quite worthy depending on future Jedi hope. Luminara thanked Zofia for resurrecting her and sending her to Earth as a place to hide. Prior to Battle of Endor, Zofia returned to Earth to take some Jedi trainings from Luminara. As both Zofia and Luminara don't want to interfere Luke's destiny with redeeming his father Darth Vader.
