Would be fantastic if you could release the source code publicly or at least share it with us, so we could improve our engine and even make the porting job to mobile for you. Have you tried Xash3D FWGS? Our fork works with steam version and most mods, the original Xash3D is abandoned and compatible mostly with the WON version.
Anyway, porting to ARM shouldn't be hard at all and we try our best to fix the oddities and make all mods compatible.
