There exists a bug where if I die to a gunshot I get muffled sound. persists through different saves and even after the mod has been uninstalled.

This is still 100% dancing around the issue, though. There is no correct way to display firemode other than just telling the player if it's not going to be animated onto the weapon.
I'm really confused when someone removes the fire select indicator. Wtf you gonna do to figure this out, shoot the gun? That's not immersive at all
