just MY personal opinion you don't really need to change the infantry rifle, I find the type 81 add the flavor into with the original general theme, where it's a mix match stylized 1960s to 1970 era China, and I felt like when general mod try to do all realistic just end up robbing the stylized feel, right now the mod strike a pretty nice thematical feels for China with a mix stylized 1980s to 1990s which IMO captured the origan feels of the general.

is it me or just the ai is kind of dumb? they don't seem to tier up and build any vehicle, they are hella aggressive in t1 infantry fights but once you get to t2 they kinda just gave up.

Nice to see this mod still works on and its technical achievement is pretty impressive, the render model also looks very nice.Tho if you want to keep China as the 80s feel then I think all the troopers should be recolored to green or the khaki color.

I mean Kampuchea was a really weak state to be suspension of disbelief while Vietnam was far more powerful than Kampuchea, plus China did give a lot of help to Vietnam during the Vietnam war.

I think Iraq should be replaced with an Eastern European country or coalition like calling it Yugoslavia, I think Yugoslavia is a bitter fit for the Soviet Subfaction. Just my opinion. it better fit the theme of the Soviet being mainly concentrated geographically in Eastern Europe, and in real life was the second most powerful communist state in Eastern Europe. I just think Iraq conflicts pretty hard with the GLA theme with the GLA exist in this mod. Thank you

I keep having a black screen problem like the main menu doesn't load the background and the game after a short while just turn everything into a black screen. if I move out of my base thing is fine but the moment I move back in just black screen! UI is still there just everything disappears.

I tried the new version of the game and i didn't really enjoy the new ai, they just do cheesy tactics, i enjoy the more epicness of the current released version of ai because they attack with a large amount of units rather than do technical with four suicide bombers.
