not really, since i believe its little over 1 year that moddb is able to clean up dead mods. So if a mod doesn't post an update they could be deleted and maybe harder to place the mod up again on moddb.

so yeah they need to keep posting updates before they fall in that group of mods again.

would be more irony if they got their page deleted when they have an update ready.

Sent an email to worldoftanks to look into this matter themselves as well. And to review to see if permission and rights were given.

* Use of another games art assets in a mod without the consent of the artist.
* Claiming work is yours when it was made by some one else.
* Taking work from a mod or game and using it in another without consent.

As a important note even if you credit the author of the content used, permission is still needed to use it. Crediting will only cover you if you have permission in the first place.

If users are found to have uploaded content with stolen assets, they will have their account suspended aswell as all their mods, addons and downloads removed, this is a minor slap on the wrist in comparison to large companies reactions that can include legal costs and fines in the hundred of thousands."

"Mount and Blade was just meant for this mod. The American Revolutionary War is very different than the Napoleonic era. Sure it has muskets, but its way better than BG2.

More units, weaponry, arty, musicians, and of course horsies. It is not the same as BG2 and the engine is also different. BG2 uses Source.

Did you play BG2? If you did than you know about the issues with line battles online. You would have people that wanted to play the game as TDM and other people that wanted line battles. Which you would have admins freely kicking/banning people from their severs if they didn't do what that admin wanted at that time.

Now, since this mod is only mp and the videos posted show only line battles. How do you not run into the same problem as BG2?

Yeah, your page lacks any information about your mod. What is your goal of your mod? Is it just to add in new models or is there gameplay changes?

Roof on the bottom car doesn't seem to add up. It is damaged but yet all the supports are fine. Maybe make one of the sides dip down a bit. Roofs of cars are not that strong.
