Just got it about right I think.
The UV editor on the left, squeezed away when not needed.
3x 3D views: Ortho/Wireframe, Perspective/Solid and one for the Sidepanels. The quad view is useless with 4 tiny views all displaying one type of wire/shading, and not a good idea to have the sidepanels getting doubled/cut in half with the actual 3D views. I'll resize the 2 3D views depending on which view is more useful for whatever I'm doing.
And below 3D views: Timeline only ever show the header. Action editor squeezed away when not needed.
