most avid players become avid coders, but dont despair, choose coding or modeling, texture art or sound effects. Build a portfolio or code base, then build the team. If you create a foot hold they will have no choice but answer to you. Keep your assets' sources private until release. Value your merits and you cannot be ousted! I look forward to your next project. :)
