I don't think you quite understand how crediting and asking permission means. There is a code of honor between modders, before uploading any other people's work you ask them first. Only after you have received their permission you can upload the files, with proper and detailed credits. You may find it tedious, but that's what sets it apart from stealing content.
You may have taken a few days to compile it, weeks at best. You did a good job with that actually. But many of us spent months working on your works, even years. For example the mod you distribute is based on WololoKingdoms, a project that has been on development for over 2 years, and should not be distributed freely for copyright reasons. There is HD material and this mod, and people should be required to own HD to download it.
I have spent over a year working on WololoKingdoms, making sure it doesn't violate copyrights laws. I will not endanger my project by letting anyone distributing it freely, with the risk of MS taking it down.
