But it's ok.

But it is true. a port will never happen.
Technically it would require to change engine to Unity or UE4, besides that the way it was developed it has created a significant amount of negative space overall.
So it would have been smarter to just make a new iteration in the new engine with more tightly packed content and mechanics

Despite only replying it now I've been trying to investigate the issue in the past days, but it is strange because lately I've been keeping the changes to the minimum, and I don't see the reason for such problems but I'll continue to look for answers.

but can you tell me which is the modded F-22A derivative? If I use that unit I may find the answer.

surprisingly the Mig-23MLD was not on my list, but I have all the references I need and the surface changes are very easy to apply, so I'll try if I can jam it in the next update.

@SCN-3_NULL I've been storing references about that F-16 for quite some time, but never felt comfortable in starting it. The reason is because I feel the F-16 base model is very outdated, it was one of the first models and since then much has been improved in my workflow.

But I would like to make that variant if it was made using the F-2 as base model, but it is still in early WIP.

@IbizenThoth, I can't say for unity because I never tried it, but if it was now with the UE4, besides the obvious improvement in the visuals it would have been much MUCH faster.
In the final stages it was very difficult for me because I felt I was stretching the limit in what could be done with the engine.

As for the publishing, it was really a bad timing it was just a few months before everything became a lot easier to get in.

If you mean visually, there isn't much more I can do with the engine.

As for the Typhoon, it has not been forgotten, but main variants of the Rafale for now, fixing and filling other roles of the Mig-31 next. The Typhoon might be before or after the Mig-31.

just a quick and small heads up, the update that fixes the workshop aircraft is now available. I'll post the related news in steam very shortly. the delay was because I want to cinclue a way to prevent the "´" crash if it was added in a custom mission by mistake, but despite many attempts it was unsuccessful and had to remove that aditional code

About the targeting scheme and other options, I agree, I should make by default what most people feel comfortable about.

About the forum, I gave my input, look forward to talk more about it because there were some things I didn't understand.

@Hellrot_RuRu34 I believe I fixed the issue, just need further confirmation and I'll likely post the update tomorrow

0-> All objects
1-> ground only
2-> sea only
3-> air only

Okay Mattoropael I'm going to tackle this now. I've been fixing and issue reported by SpootKnight that is duplicate and wrong unit entries in the editor in the presence of tweaked specs as workshop items.

VT is the result of the contribution of many, but for being mostly the effort of the single person that never made a game of this scale before, I think it went okay.

But I hope lessons have been learned and these signs of inexperience won't happen again.

@Nergal01 Let's just say I was not surprised with a hiccup in this update release. I tried to be extra careful in avoiding any mistakes in the code this time... at least I was able to enable the visibility of workshop for VT users.

Yes, it is undeniable that these mistakes hinder in making VT more successful.

As for icebergs, I spent a bit of time thinking about this comment, gathering my own feelings on this matter.

The answer is, I'm sorta okay~ with this partnership... and here is why:

First, I think you answered yourself, I don't think it would be possible to release VT on steam alone.

Second, I would be very easy for me to throw the blame to them, but mistakes happen. Even if it wasn't done by myself, it makes me think if I'm not truly responsible for allowing it to happen in the first place.

In the end, they did some mistakes, but I also made a lot.

interesting, it is very different from the image I've posted, the intakes are similar to the original, it seems more like an intermediate evolution. I can't find much info, it is possible that is the D variant and what I posted is something else or a step ahead.

Yes I know, it really is. Then you may like this update. it wasn't given a lot of emphasis but several crashes were fixed and the core was revised to be to prevent those hard to find bugs.
