We'll have a lot of comic violence - think Metal Slug.
We'll only have one resource to keep things simpler and more managable - but there absolutely will be a few more RTS elements. As stated in the description, WARSOUP is all about RESOURCES, UPGRADES, MAP CONTROL, TIMING.
As an example: The Juggernaut has the 'Goliath Armor' as a Tier3 upgrade - With the Goliath Armor, the Jug has an incredible amount of resistance against any light weapons everywhere on his body but his back. As the opponent, you'll have to scout to find out whether or not the Jug is going for a goliath build and if so, you'll have to have the right counter ready or you're in a world of hurt.
We'll make sure we'll film a couple of multiplayer games once we're ready and commentate those matches. I'd LOVE to see popular SC2 shoutcasters like Husky, HD, Day9, etc. try to shoutcast Warsoup matches :)

Guys, it'd really help us out if you'd also give us your specs to work with.
The version we're working towards is going to be a previewBuild - and of course it won't be incredibly optimized, you'll need a good machine to run it, as stated in the post.
It's played when you start the game, while you're in the menu, setting up your profile, etc.
